Folding Prop Blades 157.53000mm Glider (e.g. Fox / ASK-type)These folding prop blades are made for large-wingspan RC gliders or motor-gliders (~3000mm) to provide thrust for launches or powered climbs, then fold back to reduce drag during gliding. This feature helps switch between powered flight and efficient soaring without sacrificing performance.
Features
- Folding-blade designblades open when the motor spins, fold back when stopped
- Suitable for large glider airframes (3000mm wingspan) where drag reduction during glide is important
- Balanced size: 15-inch diameter7.5-inch pitchoffers good thrust for launch or climb, while still being manageable for glider-class motors
- Compatible with electric-powered setups used in RC glidersideal for motor-glider conversions or self-launch gliders
Specifications
- DiameterPitch: 157.5 inches
- Blade Count: 2 (folding blades)
- Type: Folding propeller blades (for glider/motor-glider use)
- Typical Use: Large glider/motor-gliderespecially 3000mm class
