Description

The Renthal sprockets are made from a specially developed steel (nickel-chrome-molybdenum), case-hardened and refined at the core to provide the optimal combination of strength and hardness.

  • Material: Nickel-chrome-molybdenum steel, case-hardened and core refined.
  • ULTRALIGHT: Excess material machined away to reduce weight. Less rotating mass = faster engine acceleration and reduced over-run.
  • GROOVED: Cutouts under the tooth to allow mud to escape that could cling between the sprocket and the chain.

The drainage cuts prevent mud from exerting extra tension on the chain, which avoids premature wear.
